Chrome Extension that appears on certain URLs [Need done fast!]

A simple Chrome Extension that only appears on certain URLs and does the following:

- It will have 2 drop downs and based on what is selected on those 2 drop downs it will display an answer for the user that they can copy it to clipboard
- I will provide the entire decision tree and options
- Once an answer is displayed from the 2 dropdown choices they can click a button and select 2 options again for a different answer

Pretty simple and straight forward.
