3D modeling of point cloud in Autocad/Revit

Im looking for an experienced person to model a point cloud using Autocad/Revit.
Current project involves taking a laser scanner point cloud output file and model it in Revit/Autocad - more specifically, a tunnel with a pipes system that needs to be modeled.
