HTML CSS JS Developer - Data Table Development

We are looking to hire another free lance software developer. We pay by project and agree to the requirements ahead of time. This task is to design 3 charts (all the same way) that have dynamic header widths, look beautiful, have scroll capability, and fit to screen on mobile. The data required for use is being pulled in through a javascript file. You must be able to work within the current files and framework we have built up. Must be able to collaborate.
