Meraki expert w/ knowledge of security

We are a managed security provider and need to develop rules to trigger events coming from the Meraki device family. We are seeking someone who knows the Meraki console, what we can configure to get Meraki devices sending us enough data to trigger rules, if the Meraki MX devices, specifically, will be able to generate logs that we could build logic around to trigger security rules and finally help defining the rules and configuring the console. I suspect this is 2-3 phone calls and some research.
