Build an Online Collaborative Whiteboard

I want to build/buy an Online Collaborative Whiteboard. This will be an endless canvas where a Tutor and Student and collaborate.

**I prefer Developers who can show a proof of concept first**

Basic functionality that I am looking for:

1. Freehand writing with a Pencil
2. Ability to pick different colours & line width.
3. Ability to upload an Image, PDF & Doc. And the ability to write on top of these files.
4. Copy & Paste images to this canvas (Ctrl C + Ctrl V)
5. Ability to name the board
6. Auto Save the Board.
7. Eraser
8. Pointer
9. Sticky notes.

Any developer who can show at least some of the above functionality will be positively considered. After you show me the POC (show, not deliver) I can give you the complete spec.
