Creation of Django notification and integration with an email provider

Hi,

I am looking for help on the creation of a notification system on my django project. Also, the integration of the notification system with an email provider such as mailchimp(or others). I am currently using AWS workmail as my email system. But I need to upgrade because the email service provider needs to be sending notifications from my django application as well allow me to create marketing campaigns for the sending of promotions separately, so I am looking for help on creating a structure for its purpose. Let me know what your recommendation is and we can discuss. Thank you
