Architectural Designer

We need conceptual images for a new neighborhood to be designed by an architectural designer. Exact scale images are not required, these are just conceptual on a neighborhood, we do not need exact layouts of streets and scaling on homes.

We need 5 different images. Two showing the homes up close to give a sense of scale and the lot layouts. Another two zoomed out showing the neighborhood and amenity center (with a pool) and another showing the entrance to the neighborhood.

Were looking for something artistic and that will show a planned neighborhood.

Were looking for highly professional images with a finished/buttoned-up look - Sketchup or a similar app will not be the right fit for this project.

Also - we had another person start this project and withdraw unexpectedly half way through so we do have her files to work from. That said, we are now behind schedule due to this last minute withdrawal and will need the work done quickly. For example, looking to hire today and wrap up by Friday. Please do not apply if that doesnt work for you.
