We are looking for an expert at building databases to determine a strategy for our Wind Energy Consultancy

- Strategy document - a brief document with diagrams to explain your strategy
- Scope of Work for the Execution phase - which will be under a separate job
- 2 Hours of training / walk through on your strategy

Note: there is no execution in this job. That will follow in a separate job
