We are a growing online art business, thats been steadily growing over the past two years. Over the past few months, weve went from around 25 orders per day to well over 100 per day; this is putting a strain on our customer support, as were currently using google sheets to process our customer orders through an order workflow management.
Im looking for a better, more reliable system to manage our new orders and customers, maybe with a Kanban style CRM management. Since we do custom artwork, we cant just push each order through to our print partner; there are customer touch points along the way, that are needing to be using both automation and others points where our customer support staff is making contact via email, etsy, and amazon messaging.
Were open to pulling our order data through zapier api, but really would like guidance and consulting with an ecommerce professional who has been where we are now, before. I need someone who has grown their ecommerce business and has navigated their growth by using CRM and order/task management platforms to accomplish serving customers properly, so that data doesnt get lost anywhere from orders, and theres a process in place to guide the order through to delivery.
If you have experience in growing and managing an ecommerce company, and feel that you maybe can offer assistance in guidance for using a CRM type tool for order management, please reach out. Im hoping to find a professional that can guide us on possible options for CRM & order management platforms or software, that makes both workflow efficiency more viable, while also an being a reasonably affordable scalable solution for growth. Ive noticed many CRMs bill per user, and with our growing customer support staff, this seems like something Im needing to pay attention to, for future expansion, as this could be a major drain on our financial resources if we arent careful.
