Developer Needed to create Multisite in One Wordpress Install

Looking for a developer who can help us setup multi site wihtin one Wordpress install. We have 2 domains we want to point to the same install but with each having its own unique header, logo and footer. The main site is already up but we do not mind using the same theme.

We do not need you to do any design but rather just set up things for us to easily assign different header and footer to certain pages.
