Need help fixing computer's network issue

I urgently need someone to help me with my network issue, what i did was CCleaner of the registry clean, windows update and restart computer.

Then the computer no longer connects to internet, I couldnt even access my routers login page even though Im connected on Ethernet cable to my router. My router is configured specially as Ive a VirtualBox VM running something, If anyone is able to help me with this issue.
