I have purchased a Linux VPS hosting in the GoDaddy. In this hosting near about 180 sites are hosted. Maximum sites are run by Wordpress. Now I am facing some performance issue of the server.

1> when I am ping my server form the terminal / CMD the average ping I am getting 466ms - 480ms
2> Sometimes out of 4 packates 2 or 3 packets are lost.
3> I have change the ISP but all the time the same result comes out.
4> Also I need the report of the disk usage per hosting.

Need to optimize the server and reduce the response time on an avarage 250ms.
