- Experience in work on WNS Locally environment SDP ticketing tools handling issue on mobility with clients end users and coordination with incident team including all backend technology team for severity issue. & every activity is updated ensure users & management is notified during downtimes with complete information provide updates back to the affected authorized user regarding the reported Incident.

- Experience in work on operation and maintenance of IT security support request flow for SCCM update and anti-virus updates in all organization systems checked by SCCM and MacAfee Server.
- Experienced on Active Directory to develop and modify user account profiles and join PCs to domains provide support and services to clients desktops and laptops related issue and creating users, groups and organizational units in active directory and applying them required polices resolving their problem on the priority basis.
- Troubleshooting and configuration of mailing client Microsoft outlook, Installation of office 365 and coordination with respective team for MS office activation, also work on clients meeting boardroom setup for checking and diagnosed audio/video hardware connectivity related issues.
- Ability and willing to work across shift with groups, capacity to work efficiently and effectively and very keen to adapt with new challenges and technologies.
- Providing shift update reports on any issue that could significantly impact the business and daily operations application related technical documentation of all the work done using Excel and MS word.
