Mobile app for students

looking for a Native Android & iOS App or Hybrid App along with the Backend control panel similar to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.studyapp.studyapp with additional functionality like:
1. As soon as the app gets started the register/ login Screen should appear
2.As soon as the Student gets registered if he is new or login if he is visiting 2nd time the home screen should appear which is also the profile of the student.
3. When the student selects any one exam its ask to buy now. In this, it is open to all.
4. When Students appears in any of the one exams, the point equivalent to all the right answer should be accumulated and appear on the right corner of the student profile.
5. If the student appears any other exam, the point equivalent to all the right answer should be accumulated and appear on the right corner of the student profile with an addition to the previous point.
6. also wants to display the advertisement on the app which should control by the admin i.e when he wants to display, where he wants to display, after how many questions the advertisement should appear.
