Remote Video Editors for fast growing startup

READ THOROUGHLY, SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY:
Context: We film commercial real estate properties with drones to create marketing content.

Job: Edit drone and satellite footage to create 90-120 second videos. This requires reading through project information to find the most relevant items, reviewing footage and choosing the best shots, creating motion graphic callouts and designs.

Work Environment: Entirely remote, anywhere. Paid flat rate on per project basis. Once a project is started, you have 48 hours to deliver a great draft 1. Several editing cycles will follow draft 1.

Compensation: We pay our editors $225+ per video, this includes edits. We do have several add-on options that we also pay for. Our editors complete 8-30 projects per month.

Requirements: Fluent English, can complete every step of job listed above, have your own capable system, great communication and tracking skills, very attentive to detail.

Hiring Process: We will review your emailed samples. If we feel you are close enough in skill we will ask you to complete a short 15 second test video. We will hire any editor can meet our quality, communication, and culture standards.
