Home expansion and second floor addition

I need a designer to help put together floor plans for a home where I want to add square footage on be first floor and add a second floor and change the style from a traditional bungalo to Spanish contemporary. The existing home that is 1600 square feet on a 1/2 acre lot in Pasadena, CA. New home plans to include master bed room downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs. Also need plans for a new garage, porches, pool and spa. The right candidate will have tons of experience designing million plus dollar homes and additions, will be familiar with structural issues and value based engineering, and will have a flair for design.
