Build an automatic SMS remarketing system integrated with a program built with C Sharp

We have a BI dashboard that provides notifications to the users when its the best time to remarket a client. For example, when a client need to change his oil or change his car tires, the board will notice the user so he can contact the client at the right time and with the right product.

With the automatic SMS remarketing system, a SMS will be automatically sent to the customer when the dashboard creates a notification. The SMS will try to convert the customer so he books an appointment.

At this point in the project, we want to create a proof of concept to see how well the SMS marketing integrates with the dashboard and if the conversion rate is interesting.

Other information:
SMS marketing is done on the Quebec market
Dashboard is built with C Sharp code
The SMS will be done on existing customers (opted-in) of the dashboard user.
The proof of concept need to be done ASAP
