I need someone who is expert in PHP, Apache, ZIP, codeigniter 3.1

Skills required: Zip (More than 18 GB files, with 7 to 8 sub-directory with more than 5000 files) upload using Codeigniter3.1

We need this person to be able to fixed the current issue while we upload more than 15 GB files with long path (7, 8 sub-directory) Script fails to extract those files.
