Custom therapists appointment system. No wordpress

I would like a fixed price for

Make a custom Made therapist system (mvc based php frame?). Not in wordpress because i do not want the system gets down when there is an plug-in update. It is for theraistst to put in a customer appointment (later on it will be maybe for customer also)

Front end:
A. Put in a customer:
- E-mail adres
- Name
- Last name
- Adress (only put in postcode and house number and it will automaticly put in the streetname)
- optional date of birth

B put in appointment:
Select the therapy name and. Than the customer and the date and duration (normal 4x 15 min)
Change status
1. Afspraak bevestigen (send an e-mail depending on the appointment). In the management console you can make an e-mail with shortcode for: the appointment date. So in the management console you can make different e-mail for the appointment. 24 hours for the appointment it will send a reminder of the appointment
2. Factuur nog te voldoen. It will send an invoice that is not payd yet. This is a format in moneybird
3. Factuur betaald. Invoice that has been paid
4. Cancel

C. Make documents of template
We can select a template e-mail of a template document. We can print it or send it to a customer.

D. Put in the therapist availibilty

E. Front end for customer. We can swich it off at the beginning
- fill in a date
- select name therapy (this is therapyname-therapist- location)
It will send a e-mail to us (we can select the e-mail adress for each therapy in management console) and we have to accept it before it the appointment is really Made)


Back end/ management console:
It is like woo commerce booking

1. Manage therapies:-You can add, view, edit and delete therapies. These will reflect in dropdown at the time of booking-The data shall include:-Choose therapy name (this incl therapist name and location)-Enter regular price-Enter evening/weekend price-Enter discount (if any)-Enter tax-Choose session duration (from dropdown, values shall be in 15 minutes intervals)2. Invoice settings:-Choose therapy name-select the template (in moneybird there is invoice template)-put in invoice text3. Invoice general format settings:the status factuur betaald must get another template than factuur reeds voldaan
4. Google calander
- choose therapy name
- select in wich Google calander the appointment must go in
- general settings: wich information must go in (e-mail, telephone number, name client, name therapist, name therapy)

5. Recources
- make a resource for location
- make resources therapists
Inportant is that if one of them is not availyble you can not make the booking (or you get a warming). This is different than woo booking.
5. Email settings:-choose therapy name-Enter text for custom email (there will be a WYSIWYG editor to enter text and images along with required formatting) -Enter text for reminder email (there will be a WYSIWYG editor to enter text and images along with required formatting) -Choose reminder time (Default is 24 hours)
Each therapy name gets a different e-mail. In the e-mail we can choose different short codes like therapy date and time, therapy name and if possible complete text about a location

6. Other futures
You can change price in the front end as well
There is also a good calander function in it where you can select for example a resource: location Purmerend and you can see what has been booked
Or you can select resource therapistso a good overview of appointments

It must be at least work the same as now this i can give you acces to when you been selected as a freelances
