Need a map developer to create UK map with customised data overlays

We are looking for an experienced map developer to build a custom interactive map, showing our local shop coverage across the UK.

The map will be used to help with operations decision. We will need to be able to add a shop location and update the map with the stores delivery radius. The map should also show us what areas are under-represented and require attention from us.

Phase 1
- Add our locations with radius
- Choose between postcode sector to postcode to outline map
- Option to add custom data as a heatmap


We have looked at various helpful solutions and believe Mapbox to be best but are open to suggestion.
