I NEED SOMEONE TO MAKE CHANGES TO CAD PRODUCT DESIGN

I need someone who can make my design files more efficient for production. I need someone who is knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and has the ability to make these changes to each file and convert them to STL and STP files. Technical drawings with clear descriptions of each part will also be helpful.
