Looking for an SEO guru that can help assist get a website regain top 3 rankings for a certain keyword in the home improvement niche.

Youll do on-page and off-page SEO work (100% white label!!) until the rankings improve.

Instructions for bidding or you will not be considered:
1) Explain what issues the site has
2) Explain what on-page SEO improvements you will make
3) Explain what off-page SEO improvements you will make - PLEASE DO NOT talk about old school SEO tactics like forum backlinks. We are in 2018 and I expect to hear legitimate SEO strategies.
4) Provide your bid to bring back the site to its former rankings from 1-2 months ago. Your bid should NOT be a monthly charge but rather a flat charge
5) Provide your timeline for how long it will take to bring back rankings
