I am very interested in getting to know more about you and your company and if working together would be a possibility. I am looking to build a [Single Family Home] and hoping to get started in [4-6 months]. I want you to fulfill the design phase of my home architectural plan. The site is located in [USA] Are you licensed to work here? Below are the complete features for the design plan drawing:

- 2 Stories Modern House, Full height windows where possible to maximize views, natural light, and spaciousness.
- Exterior stone expressions, especially at the entrance
- Fireplaces, including the master suite
- Garden water features
- Recreation room
- Two car garage
- Fireplace Elevation design
- Custom Fabricated Stair design (non-typical, i.e., Steel beam, see-through, etc.)
- 3D realistic design.
- Four bedrooms with four baths
- Open but connected kitchen, wet bar, and dining area.

Actually, I would like an in-home consultation but Im currently out of town recuperating on spine fusion surgery hoping to get well soon. I reckon you can work up a detailed proposal for me with these features prior to scheduling a meeting? The desired footprint is to be approximately 4,500 Heated S.F. Lastly, Im hoping to stay under [$3M - $4M] with my current budget.
