Character (on gray background) Photo Crops

I have a large cache of photos of film characters that Id like to, over time, have properly cropped from the background to use in promotional materials for the film. All photos are on this gray background, shot by the same photographer with this setup. While work will go in spurts, my hope is to find a solid photo editor who I can send relatively consistent work for a decent period of time. Only a clean crop is needed-- no other editing is required.

Plan is to pay $15 per cropped photo. If hired, well try one, and if I like your work Ill send a link to 19 more, starting out. Im looking for clean crops that are especially delicate with hair, no hard crops on hair, even short hair-- same with ragged clothing or anything that doesnt have a fine edge; using channel tricks in tandem with a well policed autocrop feature in Photoshop CC is fine-- thats what I usually do.
