Need a Linux System Admin to Find the culprit in my server

I am using Ubuntu 18.04

With an iptv script that runs using PHP7.2, NGINX, NGINX RTMP. The PHP will control FFMPEG to do live streaming for IPTV.

In the script I will enter a source file like HLS file to receive the live streaming. This is the situation

1. Source HLS is good, working good no stop.
2. Using 2 servers to receive source to test. Server 1 which is not running much work flawlessly non-stop. Source is receiving non-stop. Server 2 which is a load balancer server to receive and do live streaming of the source. The server is fully redundant with tune up for max open files, and other tune up. However the streams on this server is stopped all the time, around 30-60 minutes. The server is running php to control FFMPEG process

I need a system admin to help me to check what is going on with the server, what is lacking, what is overloaded and how to fix the problem. Thanks
