functional testing + Defect retesting

I have a social media web platform that i need to do functional testing + Defect retesting.

It will be an ongoing job.

The pay will be 0.2$ for every defect discovered and another 0.2$ for retesting it to confirm that it is fixed to the dev team.

example:
- found 100 defect: 0.2$ x 100 = $20
- retesting 100 defect: 0.2$ = $20 (approve or put further feedback and retest)
Total: $40

1st we will try to check if all is good on the front-end, then we will test back end.
