Main Wordpress 5 Page Website Built

Were looking for an agency that can present us with a custom WordPress template or modify an existing WordPress template for our 5-page website for our new digital marketing agency.

We need our site to contain the following pages:
- Home
- About page
- Learning center services
- Case study pages
- Blog (this should be set up as a wp blog)

We need someone who has experience with building WP sites.

We want someone with a good portfolio of sites theyve built for similar clients and wed like to see examples of their work. You do not need to worry about the copy itself, well hire someone else for that.

Well also need the following:
- Site is secured with SSL
- Contact Us page to be routed to our email, and secured to avoid spam
- Setup a support email for our domain (through our server and routed to Gmail)
- The site must be fast and loads quickly (needs to be tested and validated via Google Page Load Insights).
- Images are the correct format/size for fast loading
- Creating links for PDFs for visitors to download.

We need the following plugins/features installed:
o Yoast SEO
o Google Analytics
o FB Pixel
o Favicon as our logo
o Newsletter signup integration with our Drip account.

The first stage of the project will be creating a mockup of the site.

We expect you to be able to incorporate our color themes and creative ideas into the design. Well then give you the go-ahead to start building the website.

Were looking for experienced providers who speak impeccable English so that theres no miscommunication.
