App developer needed for ios content app (think reddit/ifunny/etc.)

Hello, I am looking for a developer/team to help me develop a new ios content app, the app will feature:

-a design similar to ifunny ios app (funny image hosting)
-user accounts
-user content upload (picture and embedded youtube links)
- 1 user content takes up full screen
-user voting on user sumbitted content (amount of likes on content shown below it)
-user commenting on user submitted content
- tinder style swiping to vote (swipe right to like content, next peice of conten will then be shown)
-content sorted into different categories (music, animals, funny, etc) (best content overall shown on front page) (specific content shown by clicking on each category)
- potentially for other types of user made content to be included and able to be liked (such as user made questions that direct straight to comments, user made polls that show results after each vote, user made quizzes that reveal an answer after starting quiz and answering questions)
-goodlooking, young, modern design

I am interested in hearing your thoughts on how difficult this project is, how much it will cost, and how long it should take. Thank you for all your help!
