Designer Needed to Create Responsive WordPress Website

OVERVIEW:
I am looking for a designer to create a five page WordPress Website. This website must be optimized for both computer and phone.

SAMPLE:
The design and look of the website needs to look very similar to these two websites. It needs to look like they are different websites for the same company. (You will be copying most of the features and items)

HOME PAGE:
The home page is to consist of the following:
- Video (which I will provide)
- Sign up form (which will send me an email)

PORTFOLIO PAGE:
Consists of a pie chart that fills in over time. (see Sectors and segments of the market section of website)

ROAD MAP PAGE:
Consists of a series of milestones that light up as the viewer scrolls down the page. (See Roadmap section of the website)

TEAM PAGE: Consists of an image and text

CONTACT US PAGE: as expected
