mysql: Create csv table from data in "load" text files

Need to assemble a table in csv format for use in non-database software.

Have basic elements of table and instructional readme. The data is in 11 load text files. There are instructions on how to create the table, but written for someone fluent in database-ese.

The text files are delimited and the fields need to match up to the right records from other text files.

The final product can be checked against the results from a front end website to make sure it was created correctly.
