We are a financial education startup, and we have several thousand unique animated GIFs for our courses. The files are too large for users with poor connections, and those images take too long to load. Were also realizing those images are larger than wed like them to be in hindsight.

Weve got a document outlining exactly how wed want this done. However, if you have a different, faster way that could yield the same results, were open to hearing about it.

Weve got 41 courses with approximately 75-100 images each in an S3 repository. Please provide me with a fixed rate quote once you review the details above and the document outlining a possible process wed like to follow.
