Im looking for a C# .NET proffesional with knowlenge of GIS and experienced in libraries like MapWinGIS to do a windows form based GIS Explorer with conection to a database files and able to visualize and use shapes as templates of a Geoserver WMTS service or similar to upload edited polygon and other shapes to a MSSQL server. Based on MapWinGIS library.
