Nikolas House Video Presentation for investors

The deliverable is to create a digital video of a facility that will give investors an idea of what Nikolas House Inc will look like. The format should be done so that the person viewing the video could imagine themselves walking into the facility and seeing the various aspects of Nikolas House which include a Physical, Speech and Occupational therapy center, inside pool cafeteria, medical office, gymnasium, and then indoor basketball courts. Additionally, there should be outside soccer fields, and also nature trails that would allow children with special needs to move about whether they were in a wheelchair, walker, or just able to walk thru the nature trail themselves.
