Speed up Wordpress on Siteground

I want my site to score in the 90s on pagespeed and GTmetrix. Its on sitegrounds shared hosting. I have SG optimizer installed and its caching. Also have cloudflare set up through siteground.

I need someone to help me further optimize it. It scores about 75-85 now.
