Salesforce and Pardot Quickstart Services Architect

JLGOV seeks a qualified contractor to furnish 3rd Party Salesforce consulting, data manipulations service, configuring changes using administrator tools for Salesforce.com Enterprise Edition and training/support for our customer.

Period of Performance: 6 - 9 weeks

* Regional Resources highly preferred (Within 140 miles of Richmond Virginia)
* Pay Rate: $50/hour @ 20 hours max per week

SCOPE OF WORK:
The contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, parts and materials, as necessary, to perform the following service(s):

* 1 each Salesforce Enterprise Services

Quickstart Services: Identify and configure in Salesforce for end users to track activities with contacts inquiring and apply to participates in the program. Training/support maximum of two (2) hours on-line for end users and system administrators to include a maximum of four (4) hrs support after going live.

Pardot Quickstart Services: Provide Pardot to salesforce integration to include technical and prospect setup services. Additional requirements will be gathered for the dynamic lists and studio campaigns. Focus on technical setup and integration directly with the production environment

Additional Hourly Services: Maximum twenty-five (25) hours for as-needed services not covered by the Quickstart or Pardot Quickstart. Hours will be billed based upon an hourly rate provided upfront by contractor. If no hourly services are requested, then no costs will be incurred.
Contractor must show that they have performed this service before or that they are a Salesforce preferred provided.
