Looking for crm specialist

Looking for expert level System Administration specialist, must have demonstrated experience in Monday CRM module. Skills required:
* gather, synthesise requirements and use cases from users in the sales teams
* prioritise/ streamline these requirements into an implementation road map
* configure monday accordingly
* implement with staff, training etc
* ongoing: report creation, data integrity checks, systems health checks/ continuous improvement
