We have a Tiki 20.x site and would like to use KeyCloak as an external user authenticator.

The deliverable is a detailed set of instructions on how to configure the SAML authentication on both sides so that:
(1) Tiki will accept logins and new users from KeyCloak.
(2) Tiki will redirect all local login attempts to KeyCloak

No source code modifications to either of the systems are allowed.
The job is considered done when we have implemented the instructions and verified that they work.
