High quality video editor for ecom dropshipping store

Im looking for a person who has experience creating awesome video ads for dropshipping stores. This is going to be a test project that might become a full-time position (10+ videos per week) if you can deliver high-quality content.

Skills that you must have:
- medium to pro video editing skills. It is mostly cut & paste from other videos accordingly to the specific structure
- English skills
- Final Cut or Adobe Premiere skills are great.
- having access to stock footage is a huge plus
- having access to stock animations is a huge plus too
- being able to create some basic animations is a bonus

Please reply with your examples and pricing per/video. Im looking for top-notch, badass video editors out there. We can negotiate the payment/terms widely once we are past the evaluation phase of the interview.
