Using Weebly to clone a website

I have the weebly standard templates and they dont look very nice as they have a lot of unsightly big gaps in between the frames.. hence i like to have some customisation.

I would like to clone a content onto something similar to balance brain

The website should also be optimised for mobile.

I just like to see how the mainpage is done before proceeding to the other subpages.

Additionally, i like to be able to retain the ability to make adjustment to the content as well (just like all the other weebly sites i have..)
