Graphic Designer Needed for Fitness Entrepreneur

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer for a growing fitness business. I will be needing help with the following:
1) Design Template for Recipes to share on Instagram.
2) Design motivational posts with images I provide for Instagram.
3) Design Facebook fan page cover photos.
4) Logo Design
5) Other random work.

I will provide you with sample images of what I would like my designs to be similar to. I would also like to work with someone who is creative and will come up with some ideas that I have not.
