Flutter / Firebase Expert - for UI design and Modification of our chat app template

Hey there, hope you all are safe.

Our team has acquired a chat application built on Flutter and Firebase, with text, audio and video calling facilities. And we are looking for a Flutter / Firebase expert to work on the UI of the same, and modification of some features. One of the features is scanning of barcodes to initiate chat, like in Snapchat and FB messenger.

The UI pages will mostly involve Phone number verification, onboarding screens, profile set up pages, barcode set up page, home screen, a barcode scanner camera screen, user profiles, text chat, audio and video call screens, call logs screen, send and accepting friend requests and an in app purchase page.
Our template already includes the backend, and a basic UI. We need you to:
1. Redesign the UI for these screens
2. Add few more screens, namely the barcode scanning and creation pages. (Backend / algorithm available. UI pending)
3. To modify the user flow, through these pages.
More details can be discussed with shortlisted candidates, before hiring.

We stress on User experience a lot, including neumorphic designs, the subtle animations of UI elements and unique transitions between pages. Pre-made templates from Envato or other marketplaces can be provided by us, if needed.
We will need cross platform support on Android and iOS apps, and the addition of the above mentioned features. Hence, candidates with Flutter, Dart and Firebase experience is required.
