Wordpress Multi-Site optimization

We have a Wordpress multisite that needs to be configured for Google search.

The sites are hosted by Bluehost.com

The subdomain is searchable by Google but main site is not. I have contacted Bluehost support and they are advise the issue is the multisite settings but this too technical for them to fix. They suggested we have a specialist take a look at it.

Therefore what I need is somebody to configure this multisite so that it is Google searchable.
