migrate 5 sites to my new hosting account (same server)

I have a NEW account in siteground.es and would like help migrating 5 sites that are hosted in my old sitegrounds account.
I will share a website data and how siteground recommends me to do it

I prefer to hire someone to do it for me.

I am also using cloudflare...which youll need to correct (if needed) so that I can access my sites perfectly fine after the migration.
