OUR MISSION:

Our mission is to build a 50 story high-rise for half the cost and 1/10th the time by 2030.

Nearly all other costs of modern necessities (transportation, clothing, computation, etc) are in decline. Housing, healthcare, and education are the only major personal expenses which are not. Housing is the largest cost for us humans. We believes that in order to live in a prosperous world, we must significantly reduce the cost of housing, without sacrificing aesthetic freedom and beauty to still love our home.

US:

We are a team of entrepreneurs and engineers who have started, built, and sold multiple tech companies. We, along with some of the best venture capitalists in Silicon Valley, are funding the construction of our first building, currently being designed and planning to break ground in 2020.

We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing website branding & UI. The ideal candidate should have an eye for aesthetic and artful web design along with bold and beautiful UI design skills.

YOU:

Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to CEO
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Collaborate with the web developer

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven work experience as a web designer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Uptodate with the latest web dev trends, techniques and technologies
