Experienced Xamarin.forms iOS and Android Programmer wanted for long term work

We have a mobile app that is coded in Xamarin and were looking for a programmer for an ongoing long term relationship. Must have at least 5 years of experience and have senior developer experience programming and publishing mobile apps using Xamarin. Some tasks you may be assigned with:

Improving performance and making app faster and more efficient
Fixing bugs
Adding new user features
Working with other programmers for synchronization of the mobile app with our web app system
Working with our QA tester to resolve complex problems

This project is for long term work for 10-15 hours per week. Please list any experience you have working with Xamarin including the version numbers.
