Looking for a Google Cloud Development expert to deliver the following:

1. Development and setup of cloud Backend services: (approx. 500 hours)
- Serverless Authentication (OAuth2 - Facebook, Google, Twitter)
- Serverless Identity & Access Management
- Serverless API & Developer Portal
- Serverless Full Content Management System
- Serverless newSQL + AI Connectors such as Tensorflow
- Automatic capacity scaling
- Automatic real-time data synchronization
- Automatic server maintenance
- Serverless DB/Storage Messaging Pub/Sub (Topics, IAM, Create, Update, ...)
- Buckzy Direct Logics, Functions & API

2. Web & Mobile apps to be developed (approx. 300 to 350 hours)
- Serverless Web App
- Android App
- iOS App

Key Skills and Experience:
- Angular 7
- Ionic 4 Framework
- Google Firebase
- SQL & NoSql
- Restful APIs
- Automated Build Tools
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design

The following are plus:
- Google Machine Learning
- Java
- Kubernetes & Docker

Roles and Responsibilities:
- 70% Hands On / 30% Team Collaboration
- Design, implement and maintain application phases
- Take part in software and architectural development activities
- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging
