Wordpress Theme Expert Needed For Changes To Real Estate Theme

I am looking for a Wordpress Theme EXPERT that can provide some changes to a currently running website. This may require theme customizations.

Below are the specific changes I need to make to my site:

What I would require:
1 - Enable Property Management System that is missing from the front end of my site. If you look at the theme demos you will notice there is a front end admin panel. I am not seeing that on my site and need to fix that issue. I also do not see where I would go to accept submissions etc.
2 - When searching for property under Search Properties for Sale & Rent is it possible to change these fields. For example I require a field that says Lot Rent. This is similar to a pricing of the home. When someone purchases a home in my area there is the PRICE of the home and also the MONTHLY LOT RENT.
3 - Also When searching for property under Search Properties for Sale & Rent I require the NAME of the Community. Can we add a field with a dropdown for the different communities that we serve. If we needed to use the field Property ID to accomplish that its ok as I will not be using a Property ID
