Email expert needed - Email forwarding issues.

We are at a dead end.

We have our email hosted through COMPANY A ... we have various forwards in operation, one in particular emails to at helpdesk at COMPANY B

Intermittently these forwards either dont work, or are severely delayed - even though the emails are received in the (pre-forwarding address) users email.

COMPANY A has blamed the issue on the mailserver address being on a blacklist - which doesnt ring true as its only forwarding to COMPANY B that is the issue.

Support at both of these companies are not helping.


QUESTION/TASK: Anyone out there think they will be able to diagnose the issue - or at least advise us the correct questions to ask them?
