Design and Engineer configuration
Draft SoW with technical specifications

Implement:
Create VM for Splunk
Install and configure base install
Set up monitoring rules
Connect servers
Connect network equipment
Connect workstations
Set up alerts - NIST framework based
Stress Test alerts
