We are currently using a scaled back, model driven Dynamics 365 application (rapidstart CRM) provided byforceworks and we would like to migrate to a full D365 instance. The project scope/requirements are:

Required objectives
- Migrate existing data and entity customizations (field names, business processes, etc) and map them to appropriate standard fields in a full Dynamics 365 for sales instance
- Set up branching business process flows for conventional vs disaster mitigation Opportunities
- Configure Teams/outlook integrations
- Configure one document template for our proposals

Potential Addtl objectives:
- Set up and Implement Dynamics 365 for project service automation for our disaster mitigation/insurance department and link it back to the sales entities where needed.

Reports of our existing environment will be provided.
